What I offer

Pilates Class

Pilates targets the deep postural muscles within the body, helping to improve posture, core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. It also enhances coordination, concentration, and general muscle strength, making it a well-rounded approach to full-body conditioning. Pilates can be especially helpful in reducing lower back pain and can support recovery after injury or surgery.

Fitness classes

Legs, Bums & Tums — a toning class focusing on the hips, abdominals, buttocks and thighs. Traditional aerobic warm up followed by a variety of strengthening exercises designed to shape and tone.

Step & Tone — a high intensity class that involves stepping up and down an adjustable platform using various stepping combinations and dumbbells. With conditioning exercises for full body toning. Excellent fat burner.

Salsacise — an energetic, choreographed dance-aerobic class with hot Latin music! Shape up legs and hips and have fun!

Aerobic Blast - a high energy aerobic workout with a mix of both high and low impact moves. Followed by a variety of muscle strength exercises.

Personal Training

One-to-one training can be arranged to take place at Monmouth Priory, outdoors, or in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, with the flexibility to draw on Pilates, yoga, strength training, cardio or rehabilitation techniques — depending on what suits you best.

Sessions usually last one hour, but longer or shorter appointments can be arranged to suit your needs. You're also welcome to share your session with a friend or family member.

Guest Teaching, Talks & Special Events

In addition to regular classes and personal training, I’m available for:

  • Dance congresses and dance schools — offering focused workshops that help dancers develop proper alignment, posture, stability, and strength to enhance performance and prevent injuries using effective, dancer-specific training methods.

  • Wellness events, staff wellbeing days, and community programmes — where I give engaging talks on the importance of movement and good posture. These sessions are primarily educational but can also include light practical elements such as breathing, mobility exercises, relaxation, and refocusing techniques to help participants better understand and apply the concepts.

  • Community events and private parties — where I lead fun, interactive sessions such as salsa dance classes, varied styles of line-up dancing, or energising movement-based activities tailored to the occasion.
